I'm concerned about the cost of Beatone training program. Is it affordable?

  


Yes, it is affordable but the cost varies from client to client and depends on the scope of the training project. Since our customized training programs are based on your specific requirement we are able to customize the program and pricing therefore our clients are extremely satisfied with the overall results. The main point is not the cost, but the Return on Investment (ROI). Without knowing your details we cannot tell you cost, but we can tell you to expect an excellent ROI on your cost (investment).

Is Beatone sales training program (e.g. Dashboard) magic solution or cure-for-all?

  


It is not. We do not admit to have a magic solution or silver bullet for you. Our training program offers important and practical knowledge and skills essential for face-to-face selling process. It does not profess to turn your sales people into "Superstar sales people" at the end of the training. We give the trainees a “Relationship Building Process” template and framework. By consistently using and practicing the same they can become – Star salespeople.

Who have you worked for and how much do you know about our industry?
 


You do not hire us to teach you about your business. We do not claim to know or understand your business or industry the way you do. From our experience, we know that your salespeople have far more information about the industry, product, and services than they will ever need to be wildly successful in closing the sale. You hire us to teach your sales people how to translate their expertise into knowledge and apply it from the executive buyer’s point of view in the right format at the right time. Sales training seems like a good idea, but how your sales training programs are different from conventional training programs?

 


There are many sales training programs available in the market, all claiming to offer "wonderful, new, exciting" ways to sell. They claim that "the old ways don't work anymore" and offer the "latest strategies", "methods", and “Guaranteed ways to win". We do not make such tall claims. If you want fancy advanced gimmicks and strategies, then Beatone Training is not for you. If, however, you want a good grasp on the foundational, core, fundamental strategies and skills for building meaningful relationships, and influencing decisions in a face-to-face customer meeting, then we're confident that Beatone Training will give you that. Our training programs are based on the outcome of research on consumer behaviour. We have identified the drivers responsible for change in consumer buying behaviour. Our sales training programs are therefore based on Customer Relationship Management system. We train salespeople how to identify their own and customers’ relationship building styles, build meaningful relationships, and to use it for profitable purpose.

Once the research is complete our experts go to work fashioning the required tools and training that will literally give your people the advantage of modern day warfare verses the stone-age weapons used by your competitors.

Q Do we have to travel or will you come to our place/site?
 


The training program can be delivered at your premises or offsite at a hotel or training centre - the choice is yours. If you have necessary training infrastructure (training room, LCD projectors, white boards, marker pens, flip charts, collar mike etc.) available with you, the training program can be delivered at your place/site. Otherwise, we can arrange the same for you at the desired location. Our sales training team has training materials ready to train when and where you need them.

 
Q How do I select my training curriculum? How do I go about it?
 


We suggest working together following these steps:

  1. Determine long and short term goals and objectives.
  2. Evaluate skill sets necessary to accomplish primary goals and objectives.
  3. Prioritize skill sets.
  4. Select training modules to achieve selected skill sets.
  5. Review number of participants, location and the month to begin.
  6. Receive a customized proposal for approval.
 
Q If you are so good, why haven’t we heard of you?
 


We do not advertise. If we do, our services will become costlier as we will have to recover the advertising cost from you. Moreover, the results reported by our clients do not look believable in print. We choose our clients carefully so that they can create the maximum return on investment from our training programs.
