Dr. Raj is an experienced Sales & Marketing professional & trainer. His background in the retail environment includes diverse roles in areas of finance and automobile dealership management. He has mastered numerous sales and marketing positions in Non-Banking Finance and automotive industry. His passion for helping automobile dealers to get a better return on their investments in human capital has resulted in development of a variety of products and services offered to our clients. He has been associated with leading business schools (e.g. NMIMS, Sydenham, K.J.Somaiya) as adjunct/visiting professor of marketing for the last twelve years. Renowned for mastery of his subjects and for his charisma as a Teacher & Trainer, he has carved a niche for himself through seminars, workshops, and lectures on “Understanding Consumers”, “The Customer’s Buying Language”, “Building & Maintaining Relationships”, “The third side of the coin”, “Rajmatrix” and “The Seven Cs”. He has been also associated with various colleges and universities in North America. A number of organizations have benefited from his services via intensive in-house training. With wide range of talents, skills and hands-on experience in specialized areas, he imparts training with a different approach and the latest in training techniques. He has done a detailed research at doctoral level in the area of consumer behaviour, and has developed training modules (business process & management techniques) for companies to enable them to address the emerging needs and lifestyles of their customers. He has presented his research paper on CRM at 2nd annual conference on marketing research at IIM-Ahmedabad. He is Country Head & Director of Stamford India Center and Virtual Global University Germany.

Dr. Iyer has Masters degree in Administration/Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies. She is certified as a recruitment analyst by Carleton Advance Management Institute, U.S.A, and as an entrepreneurship teacher by ISB Hyderabad. She is a recognized management teacher by both, Mumbai University and All India Management Association. She has eleven years of industry experience having worked with Indian Hotels Company Limited, (The Taj group of Hotels), Marico Industries and The Great Eastern Shipping Company Limited. For the past twelve years she has been an academician & trainer, facilitating courses on Human Resources Management, Organization Behavior, Training and Development and Entrepreneurship Management. She has been an assessor for development centers conducted for the hospitality industry and travel organizations. She is a well known trainer and she has been involved with training for Corporates, Income tax department (GOI), Chartered Accountants, and NGO's. She is the recipient of the Vijay Mallya National Entrepreneurship Network fellowship for Entrepreneurship education in 2007. Recently she has been awarded the Best Faculty Entrepreneurship Education by NITIE, Mumbai. She has done research in the area of employee training & development at doctoral level and awaiting the award of Ph.D. degree for her research. She conducts training in the area of enhancing sales personnel, and competency based interviewing for recruitment.
